All products offered by Ember Scientific are supplied strictly for laboratory research use only. They are not intended for human or veterinary use, and not for diagnostic or therapeutic use.

Ember Scientific does not provide medical advice, dosing guidance, or administration instructions, and no statement on this site should be read as any of those.

You must be 21 years of age or older to purchase from this site.

Before entering the research-commerce area and again with every order, you must confirm that you are purchasing solely for lawful laboratory research use, that you understand these products are not for human or veterinary use, that you are qualified and authorised to purchase and handle research materials, and that you will comply with applicable law. Your acknowledgement is recorded with your order.

Ember Scientific may refuse, limit, or cancel an order. Reasons include verification or eligibility issues, compliance concerns, suspected fraud, stock problems, pricing errors, or an inability to fulfil the order.

You may ask us to cancel an order before fulfilment or shipment, and we will do so where cancellation is still operationally possible. Once an order has shipped, our Returns & Refund Policy applies.

Prices are shown on the site in U.S. dollars. Ember Scientific may correct pricing or display errors, and may cancel and refund an affected order rather than honour an obvious error.

Applicable taxes may be calculated and collected where required.

Ember Scientific ships within the United States only. Ground shipping is free, and orders are estimated to arrive within 1–4 business days. That estimate is not a guarantee. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.

Returns require prior authorisation and are subject to our Returns & Refund Policy. Please contact us within seven days of delivery.

Product documentation, including a certificate of analysis, reflects the tested lot to which it is linked.

Products are supplied for research use only. Ember Scientific makes no promise of therapeutic or medical outcome, and none of fitness for any particular purpose.

Ember Scientific sells within the United States only. We do not offer export sales.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
