Intended use

All products are offered strictly for laboratory research use only. They are not intended for human or veterinary use, or for diagnosis, treatment, cure or prevention of any disease.

Prohibited use

Products may not be used in or on humans or animals, nor for any clinical, diagnostic, therapeutic or food purpose. Reselling or transferring materials for such uses is prohibited.

Buyer qualifications

Buyers must be qualified and authorized to purchase and handle research materials and must be of legal age in their jurisdiction. EMBER may request evidence of qualification.

Handling responsibility

Buyers are responsible for handling, storing and disposing of materials safely and in accordance with applicable institutional, local, state and federal requirements.

Regulatory responsibility

Buyers are responsible for compliance with all laws and regulations applicable to the purchase, possession, use and disposal of research materials in their jurisdiction.

No medical advice

EMBER does not provide medical advice, dosing guidance, administration instructions, or recommendations for human or veterinary use, and nothing on this site should be interpreted as such.
