Where we ship
Ember Scientific ships within the United States only. We do not ship internationally.
Shipping cost
Ground shipping is free on every order. There is no expedited option at this time.
When your order arrives
Orders are estimated to arrive within 1–4 business days.
This is an estimate and not a guarantee. Carrier handling, weather, and holidays can affect delivery.
Delivery
Deliveries do not require a signature.
Your shipping address
Please check your address before completing checkout. You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
Where an order cannot be delivered because of an address entered incorrectly at checkout, we cannot promise a free replacement or reshipment. Contact support@emberscientific.com and we will help where we can.
Lost, delayed, or damaged shipments
If your order does not arrive, arrives damaged, or is not what you ordered, contact support@emberscientific.com within seven days of delivery, or of the expected delivery date if the order has not arrived.
Where loss in transit, shipping damage, or a fulfilment error on our part is verified, Ember Scientific may replace the order or issue a refund.
